Just who has this sex tape of Britney?
Is it ADNAN GHALIB?
Maybe there is no tape.
But word is that he's claiming he shot 'exclusive' footage of him and Britney while they were in Mexico. And word now has it that he is offering the tape to the World's highest bidder.
UPDATE: Now we hear that Britney may buy the tape from him....
Well, anyway...we know that the following 'girls' did appear in a 'sex tape, with or without their consent(alot of times its for the 'publicity').
But as for Britney? It's wait and see.
Kardashian was little known outside gossip circles until the pornographic home video she had made with then-boyfriend, R&B singer Ray J, was leaked. Vivid Entertainment was the distribution company against which Kardashian had pursued legal action for the ownership of the tape. Kardashian later dropped the suit and settled with Vivid Entertainment for US$ 5 million.
Pamela Anderson
A pornographic home video of Anderson and Tommy Lee on their honeymoon was stolen from their home, and made a huge stir on the Internet. Anderson sued the Internet Entertainment Group, the company that was distributing the video. Ultimately, the courts awarded Anderson and Lee $1.5 million plus attorney fees for their share of the profits. After this, the company sold copies of the stolen honeymoon tape across the country. It was very popular.
A second tape, which was made before the Tommy Lee tape, involving Anderson and musician Bret Michaels from Poison was later announced, and an abridged version of less than 60 seconds appeared on the internet. Frames of the video first appeared in Penthouse magazine in March 1998. However, the tape was successfully blocked by Michaels, and the full, unedited version has never been seen by the general public.
Paris Hilton
1 Night in Paris is a 2004 sex video depicting Paris Hilton and her then-boyfriend Rick Salomon engaging in sexual relations. The video was released shortly before Hilton's TV series The Simple Life debuted, causing a media sensation. Salomon originally sued Hilton for defamation when Hilton claimed publicly that she was "out of it" and didn't know what she was doing during the taping of the video. Hilton also sued Salomon over the release of the tape, but settled out of court in July 2005.
According to reports, Hilton was awarded up to $400,000 and planned to donate a percentage to charity. However, in a 2006 interview with GQ magazine, she stated: "I never received a dime from (the video). It's just dirty money and (Salomon) should give it all to some charity for the sexually abused or something."
The original video, and copies of the DVD, are still circulating on the Internet and can be legally seen on several sites. The video received the AVN Awards in 2005 for "Best Selling Title of the Year," "Best Renting Title of the Year" and "Best Overall Marketing Campaign – Individual Project."
The DVD titled 1 Night in Paris is distributed by Red Light District, a production company that produces and distributes pornographic videos.
1 Night in Paris is unique in the field of celebrity porn because the company that produced it has a good working relationship with one of the stars, Rick Salomon, who even does intros to each sex scene in the video. It is also one of the most explicit celebrity sex videos, showing clear vaginal penetration, cunnilingus and fellatio — as well as Hilton interrupting sex to answer her mobile phone, which led to a number of parodies.
