"Sex Tape" - The young female singer who's career was almost destroyed..

Baek Ji Young

Baek Ji Young was a young talented singer from Korean burning up the charts in her home country.

Her fame took a big hit when in 2000, a videotape of her engaging in sex with her manager hit the internet. Baek claimed to have not known that the scenes were being videotaped at the time, and she tried to apologize to the press and her many fans.

There was a huge drop in her popularity.

The Los Angeles Police Department say that they now have a man in custody who at one time was Baek Young’s manager. It is believed that he may have been solely responsible for the distribution of the sex tape.

According to police reports it is now confirmed that the former manager, 45 year old Kim Seok-wan was arrested in the Los Angeles section of Koreantown. He is believed to have been wanted for over two years on charges of having sex with minors.

Bail has been denied and he is currently in a Los Angeles jail. He has been wanted by the Korean police since 2000, on charges of having distributed the sex tape on the internet, and defamation to Baek Youngs career.

Celebrities Killed By Drugs

Anissa Jones co-star of "Family Affair"

The word "overdose" implies that there is a safe dosage; therefore, the term is commonly only applied to drugs, not poison. Drug overdoses are sometimes caused intentionally to commit suicide or as self-harm, but many drug overdoses are accidental and are usually the result of either irresponsible behavior or the misreading of product labels.

Drug overdose often happens as a result of the use of multiple drugs with counter indications simultaneously (for instance, heroin/certain prescription pain medications and cocaine/amphetamines/alcohol.) Usage of illicit drugs that are of unexpected purity, in large quantities, or after a period of abstinence can also induce overdose. Cocaine users that inject intravenous can overdose accidentally as the margin between an optimal flash and an overdose is small.

A common unintentional overdose in young children involves multi-vitamins containing iron. Iron is a component of the hemoglobin molecule in blood, used to transport oxygen to living cells. When taken in small amounts, iron allows the body to replenish hemoglobin, but in large amounts it causes severe pH imbalances in the body. If this overdose is not treated with chelation therapy, it can lead to death or permanent coma.
