There is just too much damn crime in Los Angeles period. So much so, that the "L.A.P.D." dont even have the time to 'record' the data....and thats a very BIG mistake..

L.A.P.D. -Too much Crime in L.A., so lets just delete it
There is just too much damn crime in Los Angeles period. So much so, that the "L.A.P.D." dont even have the time to 'record' the data....and thats a very BIG mistake..
